The Firehouse Dance Hall is owned by Saraleno Dance Company. It is a beautifully established studio in downtown Medford, offering classes, events and private instruction. It offers a welcoming, light beautiful space to host your next event. It is conveniently located right downtown with close access to parking. It is a great venue for Classes, Dance Practice, Special events, Personal Training, Photography, Birthday Parties, Meetings and Training Events and so much more. 

Tables, Chairs & Music System are all included for use with classes and rentals. 

This is a great spot for your next party or gathering!
We have a 700 ft. open space that can be set up anyway you like with Bluetooth capability surround system, tables, and chairs for your use. There is also a 250 sq. ft. back room that is perfect for staging and rehearsal or to relax and enjoy.

The Studio is a quiet and professional space to host.

COST FOR RENTALS

 

Regular Classes or Private Practice (1 Hour Slots)

Monday through Sunday

$20 per hour for Regular Classes

$20 per hour for Private Practice for up to 2 People

*Minimum of 4 classes per month or 4 hours practice – Cost is Reduced to $15 per hour*

 

One Time Events

Monday through Thursday - $35 per hour

Friday through Sunday - $40 per hour

  1. Check the Calendar to see if the time you are interested in is available. It is always best to contact us directly asap, to provisionally reserve your date prior to submitting your agreement as we book up fast.

  2. Click on the PDF logo (to the right of this text) to Download a copy of the Rental agreement and make sure that it all works for you.

  3. Email saralenodanceco@gmail.com to connect with Sarah the Manager. Confirm the availability for your booking and set up a time to meet and view the venue. Exchange the rental agreement and pay in full to secure your booking.

  4. Once your booking is confirmed all you have to do is show up and Enjoy your event!

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do I have to include set up and take down time?

Yes, from the time you enter until the time you leave is considered rented time. If you are in the space someone else cannot be.

  • Do I get my security deposit back?

Absolutely! Once we confirm that there are no damages and that the space is left clean, then we return 100% of your deposit.

  • Is the time I want available?

Please check our calendar to see if the time you would like is available and contact us to confirm dates and time required.

  • Is there a Kitchen?

We do not have a kitchen. We do have plenty of space to bring and setup food. Please note there we are an alcohole -free establishment so there is NO alcohol allowed on the premises.

  • Is there Parking available?

Yes there are plenty of parking spaces on the streets surrounding the building.  Please note that there is a 2 hour limit on weekdays.
